Yes, I am a 3 year volunteer and I am one of 3 people who got an official e-mail from them that isn't a staff.

I am also the only one that volunteers on a daily basis. There is a lot of work with them not becoming a MS Certified Refurbisher and between Inventory and imaging it is crazy.

I really don't know why. They made the choice while I wasn't there. All I know is it is a pain to have to follow all the guide lines required to do this. (Can't install end-user updates, end user must type product keys, all computer must be DoD wiped before imaging, all hard drives that can't be used must be DoD wiped, the computer can't be started up after imaging...)
