I have a problem with beta code.
I received the invitation to the beta test program but when I tried to register, it said that the beta code is invalid.
I followed the link directly from my email.
I have attached a screen shot as well.

As you said, the codes are
associated with your email, not derived from it. Your code will only work with your email, because the two are linked in the database.
